Service Description
New Clients Consultations are Mandatory. You must book consultation at least 3 days prior to desired appointment. Can you book your desired appointment and consultation at the same time? Yes, you can. Both appointments just cannot be serviced on the same day. This is an opportunity to discuss your hair goals before your appointment, whether you have a solid vision or you need some guidance. Its to ensure that you and your stylist are on the same page, before the service. Consultations are FREE. Can be done in person, the phone, or on a zoom chat. Although mini consultations are given on the day of the appointment. This is a great option for those who have a serval questions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book all appointments which goes towards service payment. *If appointment is canceled the deposit is NOT returned. *If appointment is not rescheduled within 72 hours of original appointment time the deposit will NOT carry over, another deposit is need to book another appointment. *No late fees, if more than 15 minutes late the appointment is canceled & Deposit is not returned.
